Agent Branding and Listings
Compass’s mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. As a Compass designer, my mission was to create a brand identity to help agents find their place within Compass. Walking agents through the branding process, designers at Compass help identify their personal styles and focus on tying together their unique personalities and voice with their brands. I would take this information and create multiple ideations to present to them, where I would then demonstrate how their new logo would look against other Compass branding and real world scenarios. In accordance to Compass brand guidelines, all identities are black and white with a balance of geometry and simplicity.
After establishing their branding, we would create brand and listing related collateral to drive their name and sales in real estate.

Advertisements
Agents purchase ad space in highly-read editorials that highlight trending listings, realtors, and brokerages in various parts of the country to drive brand and listing awareness. I strategized various layout designs for the agents to choose from to showcase a sleek look for their businesses.
For advertising takeovers, we would work around a theme (like summer for a few below), and come up with some fun options to sell the agents on.
